
When returning a product, you must contact Choice Cair via telephone, or stop into the retail store to obtain confirmation as to whether you can return a product. If the product is returnable/exchange an exchange credit or product credit will be applied. This exchange credit will be valid up to 6 months after issue. Due to the hygiene and rehabilitation nature of our products, most of them are non-returnable. Special order items are non-returnable.
Most products are returnable within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in new re-saleable condition (safety seals or sealed retail packaging must be un-opened) and all product must contain original packaging and accessories for a credit refund. Please note that Merchandise will be assessed a 25% restocking fee and you may be charged for shipping & handling charges and credit card fees. We're sorry, but we do not accept returns of opened sealed items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
If your return is the result of our error Choice Cair will cover the shipping charges for your returned product, otherwise the customer must pay return-shipping costs. If your item arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to exchange the item, with the same product, if notified within 48 hours.
When we receive your item(s), we will refund your order the full amount less the restocking fee (if applicable) and original shipping charges and credit card fees.
To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. We are unable to accept returns if packaging is not in its original condition.
Since we ship from several warehouses and manufacturers all returns must have a Return Authorization (RA) number obtained from our Customer Service via phone or email. Merchandise shipped without a Return Authorization number, including refusal of delivery, may be assessed a 30% restocking fee and additional shipping charges and credit card fees may be deducted from your return. The item must be returned with an RA and must be shipped no more than 10 days from receiving the RA number.
If you choose to cancel your order after your order has been shipped, this return policy applies. You must take delivery of the purchased products, contact us for an RA number so you can return your items. If you do not take delivery of your products, we will deduct the return shipping costs from your refund.
Products designated as "Special Order" are NOT returnable.
